　「OrNamenTTokYo」を出版しました。

　「OrNamenTTokYo」（装飾東京）は、アーティスト／リサーチャーのヴェリーナ・グファダーと建築家／リサーチャーのメルセ・ロドリゴ・ガルシア、およびアート・アーカイヴを基点とした国際的・総合的なネットワーク組織、Art Autonomy Network [AAN]のディレクターの嘉藤笑子によるコラボレーション・リサーチ・プロジェクト「OrNamenTTokYo」（装飾東京）のアーカイヴ・ブック。本書は2011年11月に開催された「OrNamenTTokYo」（装飾東京）を5年間にわたり検証・考察したドキュメント集であり、アーティスト、デザイナー、建築家、ジャーナリスト、編集者、アート・マネジメントなどの専門家がモバイル・ラボという形式をとって実施した、①リミックス（都市散歩）、②イン：タンジビリティ（野外ワークショップ）、③ハウジング（フィルム上映／オープン・キッチンによるセミナー）のプログラムの概要と参加者らのテクストを収載している。
　大震災後の余波と放射能汚染への不安に包まれた緊急事態下の東京で、都市研究ネットワーク CDN-Crisis Design Network-の岸健太と現代美術製作所の曽我高明は谷中〜向島界隈を歩き、アーティスティック・リサーチ・フレームワーク BCL（ゲオルグ・トレメル+福原志保）が遺伝子操作技術で生成されたシード・ボールを撒き散らす。そして、風雨が吹き荒れる悪天候下の多摩川河川敷で行われたブルーシートやDIYの素材で組み立てる彫刻／建築のワークショップをアーティスト・藤井光がヴィデオで撮影する。また、オープン・キッチンでのセミナーを受けて、ジャーナリストのデイヴィッド・ディヒーリは江戸時代以降の東京の都市開発の歴史を回想し、東北プランニング・フォーラムのクリスティアン・ディマは東京における公衆と共有財（コモンズ）をめぐる抵抗と祝祭の文化史を発展的に考察する。その他、アニメーション研究者のキム・ジュニアンが監視社会における機械化された声と音について考察し、コモンスフィアのドミニク・チェンはフリーカルチャーと連帯の可能性を示唆する一方で、東京ピクニッククラブの太田浩史は公園での社交活動に、BOAT PEOPLE ASSOCIATIONの井出玄一は河川や運河での水上生活に、オルタナティブな公共空間を位置付ける。
　ミシェル・フーコー／ジル・ドゥルーズのダイアグラム、パオロ・ヴィルノの好奇心と世間話、ブルーノ・ラトゥールのアクターネットワークの批判的受容を経て、そして田中敦子や河原温らへのオマージュとともに、ヴェリーナ・グファダーとメルセ・ロドリゴ・ガルシアが「OrNamenTTokYo」（装飾東京）について創造的に記述する「関係性の地理学」とは何か？　まち歩き、ワークショップ、オープン・キッチン、セミナーからなるアート・プロジェクトへの理論的な検証・考察とともに、「新しい公共」をめぐるアート／デザインの境界は融合し、都市におけるオルタナティブ空間の来るべき可能性が浮かび上がる。別冊の写真集には、メルセ・ロドリゴ・ガルシアと嘉藤笑子らによる記録写真とともに、アーティスト・藤井光が撮影したワークショップのヴィデオ映像を編集して載録。コミュニティの（再）創造にむけてアート・プロジェクトに携わるすべての人に贈る、共有財（コモンズ）のアートをつくるための記念碑的なクック・ブック。

OrNamenTTokYo（装飾東京） is an archival book of the collaborative research project of OrNamenTTokYo（装飾東京） initiated by Verina Gfader, an artist/researcher, Merce Rodrigo García, an architect/researcher, and Emiko Kato of Art Autonomy Network, an international network organisation based on art archives. The book consists of the documents that have verified and examined for five years OrNamenTTokYo held in November, 2011, and includes reviews and contributive texts from the participants such as artists, designers, architects, journalists, editors, and specialists of art management in the programme of (1) REMIX (urban walking), (2) IN: TANGIBILITIES (workshop outdoors), and (3) HOUSING (film screening and open kitchen).
　　In Tokyo under the state of emergency with aftermath of the earthquake disaster and surrounded by anxiety over radioactive contamination, Kenta Kishi of CDN-Crisis Design Network-, and Takaaki Soga of Contemporary Art Factory walk around Yanaka and Mukojima, and BCL (Georg Tremmel + Shiho Fukuhara), an artistic research framework, disseminates seed balls generated by the genetic engineering technique. And in the stormy weather, along the riverside of Tama River, Hikaru Fujii, an artist, records with the video the workshop for constructing sculpture/architecture with blue sheets and DIY materials. Or after open kitchen seminar, David d’Heilly, a journalist, looks back the history of urban development since the Edo period, and Christian Dimmer of Tohoku Planning Forum inspects constructively the cultural history of resistance and celebration over the public and commons. Among others, while Joon Yang Kim, an animation scholar, observes the mechanised voice and sound in the controlled society, and Dominick Chen of Common Sphere suggests the possibility of free culture and solidarity, while Hiroshi Ota positions the alternative public space in social activities and Genichi Ide in the life on the water such as rivers and canals.
　　After critical reception of the diagramme of Michel Foucault / Gilles Deleuze, the curiosity and chatting of Paolo Virno, the actor-network of Bruno Latour, and with homage to Atsuko Tanaka and On Kawara, what is the “relational geography” that Verina Gfader and Merce Rodrigo García creatively describe on OrNamenTTokYo? Through the theoretical verification and examination, the boarder of art / design over “new public” merges and possibilities of alternative space to come in the city emerges. The photo book of the additional volume includes edited video images of the workshop that Hikaru Fujii captured along with recorded images taken by Merce Rodrigo García and Emiko Kato. The commemorative cookbook to produce the art as commons, presented to all that engages in art project to (re-)create community.
